BUSHFIRE BREAKS OUT AT SEA ACRES NATIONAL PARK

More than a hectare of bushland was scorched, when a bushfire broke out at Sea Acres National Park in Port Macquarie this afternoon.
A total of seven crews from Fire and Rescue, the Rural Fire Service and National Parks worked to bring the blaze under control after it began at around two o’clock.
No properties were under threat.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined as investigations continue.
