The R U OK conversation convoy has finished its 10,000 kilometre trip on the Central Coast.
Giving out free coffees and and breakfast at West Gosford’s Anytime Fitness, the team also provided tools and tips to encourage people to have discussions about mental health.
It comes as gym members will hit the treadmill this September to fundraise for the charity.
