NEW ENGLAND HIGHWAY CLAIMS ANOTHER LIFE

An early morning crash on the New England Highway near Singleton has claimed the life of a 22-year-old woman from Telarah.

It appears the P-plate driver was making a u-turn, when her car was hit in the side by a utility.

Her 20-year-old female passenger from the Central Coast is tonight in a critical condition.

  1. This is such a tragedy for 2 very young women to lose their lives so young. Kristin was a good friend of mine and i am very saddened and shocked by her passing on Wednesday. She was always so full of life and you could never forget her infectious smile. Kristin got me hooked on Krispy Kremes and the Nintendo Wii! She adored her boyfriend with every part of her soul.

    When is enough enough, why cant they do something about this stretch of road and make it more safe for drivers. How many people have to die before action is taken?
