AGL PUSHES AHEAD WITH CSG PROJECT

AGL is pressing ahead with its CSG project in Gloucester, lodging an application with the state government to use the controversial practice of fracking.

Residents though have accused the company of jumping the gun, before the science is in place.

  1. AGL is wrong to claim it will not damage the water resources of Gloucester and the associated regions (north and south).
    How do they know? The tests which they have conducted are inconclusive, at best.
    The NSW Chief Scientist’s report is supposed to be presented before any decisions are made.
    They are jumping the gun.

  2. Gloucester is a beautiful and unspoilt, to risk damage to the area and the effect in the people that live in surrounding areas is wrong!
