A 33-year-old man has been charged with high range drink driving after being pulled over by police, while riding a quad bike with a young child on the back near Oxley Vale yesterday afternoon.
Just after 3 o’clock, police located the man on Manilla Road, where he was subjected to a road side breath test.
It’s alleged he blew four times the legal limit, while police say the vehicle was unregistered, uninsured and the young passenger wasn’t wearing a helmet.
The 33-year-old will appear in Tamworth Local Court next month.
