A terrifying encounter for a teenager, robbed at knife-point in Thornton.
Police say the 16-year-old was withdrawing cash from an ATM at Thornton Shopping Centre shortly before 11 o’clock, when he was approached by another teen who demanded his wallet.
The thief then ran off.
He’s believed to be around 17-years-old, of Caucasian appearance, with his left eyebrow pierced.
