FEAR OF UNCERTAINTY WITH COMPO CHANGES

Two injured workers on the Central Coast have criticised the O’Farrell government’s changes to workers compensation laws.

They say they’re now worse off, and claim the system is creating uncertainty for their futures.

  1. These new laws are rubbish and really make the injured party feel as though they’re the ones in the wrong because they incapable of doing work they previously did before they were injured. It’s a joke.

  2. These laws are not assessed on a case by case situation

    I have returned to work, but cannot work 16 hours. There is no provision for this

    They need to hear what has happened in a person’s life

    I am in pain 24 hours a day and will be for the rest of my life

    I went to work, did not do anything wrong, was injured. You expect to come home from work the same way you went there
