Hunter TAFE’s departing CEO believes he’s left the institute in better shape to deal with future challenges.
Phil Cox has resigned, after nine years in the job.
Mr Cox says he’s honoured to have been a part of the TAFE system, but feels it’s time to seek a new challenge.
Last year, budget cuts saw more than a 100 local TAFE teaching positions slashed.
