Some of Australia’s most decorated war veterans teamed up in Currumbin today, raising money in honour of servicemen and women who’ve been killed or injured.
The effort was particularly focussed on Defence Force members returning from Operation Slipper in Afghanistan.
Victoria Cross recipients signed posters that can be bought from Soldier On, a charity for young veterans.
The poster is a collage of photos of cenotaphs around Australia, designed for next month’s ANZAC centenary.
