Tamworth-based Grain Products Australia has reached an agreement to sell the assets of the company to Allied Mills.
The sale comes less than three months after Grain Products Australia was placed into receivership.
It’s believed some workers have already been made redundant, and it’s not yet known if they’ll be able to reapply for their jobs.
The sale is due to be finalised later this month.
