The couple began their annual fundraising campaign for cystic fibrosis at Ballina Airport this morning.
Over the last 20 years, they’ve raised $374,000.
Mr Tunks believes fundraising is the way to finding a cure, and says a break-through made last year has offered fresh hope for all sufferers.
