Hunter trainer Jason Mackay admits he’ll need some luck this Saturday, with two of his dogs set to jump from box six in group one races in Sydney.
Zipping Carter will feature in the National Derby final.
“For a very young dog he’s done a great job to get to this race … nice young pup on the rise.”
Meanwhile, Zipping Midge is in the National Futurity decider.
“Box six ain’t great but we’ll present them fit and healthy and they’ll do their best mate.”
