Traffic backed up on the M1 near Banora Point this morning after a truck and a car collided.
Emergency crews were called to the Sexton Hill exit just after 8:30, where they treated a man in his 50s for neck, shoulder and chest pain.
He was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
