What a great story. Phoenix is the most delightful 3 year old and Kids In Need Association is proud to be supporting Phoenix and his family in their dream to get to the USA to attend the Global Foundation Conference to gain some knowledge and support. Phoenix is only 1 of 5 children in Australia to be diagnosed with Infantile Refsum Disease. There is no cure and therefore necessary for Phoenix and his family to have this support. Kids In Need is a not for profit charity and has opened a ‘Flight for Phoenix’ account (details on website )www.kidsinneedassociation.com.au
The community has been very supportive and we look forward to Billabong Swim Schools Fair Day on the 5th May. Phoenix has already touched the life of many and any support you are able to give will be greatly appreciated.
