BAIL REFUSED OVER TRAIN ASSAULT

Two men have been refused bail, charged with the murder of a homeless man on a train.
76-year-old Angelo Kaloudis was set upon on a Newcastle to Sydney train on Friday.
He was found at Fassifern suffering serious injuries, and died in hospital the next day.
During a brief court appearance this morning, 26-year-old Nathan Warren Isherwood from Adamstown was refused bail. The court heard he faces a number of separate charges over an unrelated matter.
22-year-old Harley Page from Cardiff will face Newcastle Local Court tomorrow, after being refused bail in Toronto Court this morning.

Wouldn’t you be proud to the parents of the accused? No respect for anyone, let alone an old man.
Disgraceful and disgusting, but you can bet the perpetrators will have some sob story in their child hood to justify killing this poor man, who was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Time for society to examine the mindless violence available in games, tv and at the movies and say enough is enough. Throw the book at them if they are found guilty and set an example to other mindless thugs.
