TICKS GIVE BABY KOALAS A TOUGH TIME

Two baby koalas in the Northern Rivers have been nursed back to health, after significant blood loss, due to tick infestations.

Rescue group Friends of the Koala says it’s a first of its kind for them and could be related to the wet weather.
