NEWCASTLE CITY PROJECTS: SOME UNDERWAY AND SOME STALLED

There’s a new sense of optimism in Newcastle, according to state MP Tim Owen.

He’s told 300 Property Council members that construction sites are buzzing across the city, but many Novocastrians are waiting with baited breath for Tuesday’s budget.
