ANNUAL MANNING MUG TOURNAMENT CANCELLED

The Manning Mug water polo tournament has been cancelled this year due to a lack of interest. Teams usually travel from far and wide for the annual tournament held in Wingham, but in previous years, organisers have been disappointed with the turn-out. The Mid North Coast Tritons are hoping it starts back up again in 20-19. (VISION ONLY)

PORT MACQUARIE’S BODYBOARDING SEASON WRAPS UP FOR ANOTHER YEAR

More than 30 bodyboarders took to the waves at Port Macquarie’s Town Beach on Sunday for the final competition of the season. American Pro, Jay Reale, took out the Masters while Chase O’Leary impressed the judges in the Open division. Tallis Keft claimed victory in the grommets and Caleb Ramsey was the highest scoring cadet. Fraser Smith won the dropknee and Finn Black took out the juniors. (VISION ONLY)
