Newcastle’s historic East Public School will be transformed into an upscale apartment complex.
Parque Newcastle East includes 27 two and three bedroom luxury apartments.
The three towers will wrap around the old school site, which itself will be turned into a mix of residential and and commercial space.
The development will cost $13-million, and if approved, constriction is expected to begin mid next year.
Apartments will officially go on sale tomorrow.
