The circus acrobat accused of deliberately giving his girlfriend HIV has been found guilty and sentenced to 9 and a half years in jail.
34-year-old Godfrey Zaburoni was today found guilty in a Gold Coast court of intentionally passing the virus on to the woman during near two-year relationship in 2007-2008.
The jury deliberated the verdict for two hours.
