Class action lawsuit possible after mould detected in oncology ward

Families of cancer patients who’ve died at Newcastle’s Calvary Mater Hospital are looking to launch a class action lawsuit against the contractor responsible for the facility’s maintenance.

It comes after damning vision revealed mould in the hospital’s oncology ward.
