Tamworth regional council is seeking community comment on two development planning initiatives for Coledale.
One will amend zoning, lot size and classification of land, while the other will guide future development within Coledale.
So far feedback has been positive – just today council received ten submissions.
“From an access point of view, there are a whole range of projects that involve lighting, street scapes, road extensions.”
It will also help make way for the Now initiative, a $10.7 million project that aims to breathe new life into Coledale, including a youth centre.
