Kathleen Folbigg speaks after $2 million compensation offer

Kathleen Folbigg says she won’t sue the state government and is hoping the overwhelming community outcry and wave of support for her will compel the government to reconsider its $2-million ex-gratia payment.

Today, she sat down for a one-on-one interview with Jane Goldsmith in Newcastle, saying the state’s offer is an insult for 20 years behind bars for crimes she didn’t commit.
