$3M Liberal Government pledge to tackle antisocial behaviour on the Central Coast

March 9, 2025

Federal Liberal candidates on the Central Coast have today pledged a three million dollar package towards preventing antisocial behaviour.

If the Coalition is elected, $1.1million will go towards a new Regional Youth Support Services Hub in the Dobell electorate, earmarked for Lake Haven.

While a further $1million will fund a Gosford hub, on top of the more than $988,000 committed by the Labor Government.

Candidate for Dobell, Brendan Small says “there’s plenty of kids that will really benefit up the top end of the Coast.”

While Candidate for Robertson, Lucy Wicks announced $800,000 for Central Coast Council to repair and replacing existing and ageing CCTV infrastructure.

It follows a community meeting in Erina this afternoon, aiming to address a reported spike in local youth crime.
