Multiple office buildings on NSW central coast evacuated after alleged arson attacks
Multiple office buildings on the Central Coast were evacuated following several explosions and an alleged arson attack today.
Emergency services were called to a building on Donnison Street, Gosford about 2.20pm after reports of explosions.
The building was evacuated and nobody was injured, however shortly after police were called to another building on the same street.
Witnesses told police a man was seen entering the office before allegedly lighting a fire and fleeing.
A 54-year-old man was treated by paramedics for smoke inhalation however no other injuries have been reported.
Police remain on the scene and Donnison Street has been closed in several areas.
Investigations continue and police are looking for a man spotted near the scene during the incident.
He is described as being aged in his 60s with a chubby build and was wearing an all-black face covering, black t-shirt, dark pants, dark shoes and a cap.
