The AFLW season is just around the corner and the Sydney Swans are turning their pre-season training up a notch.
But this weekend they took time out – hosting a community clinic in Newcastle – with former Gunnedah Bulldogs defender Alice Mitchell passing on her wisdom to the next generation.
