A woman was pushed to the ground and robbed during a break-in at a home in South Tamworth last night.
Police say a teenage boy of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander appearance broke into the May Lane house near the Bowling Club just before 9pm.
He allegedly stole a 65-year-old woman’s wallet and pushed her over, before fleeing the scene.
She suffered minor abrasions.
The boy had a moustache and was wearing dark clothing – anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers.
