AFTERNOON WALK TURNS DANGEROUS FOR PUPPY AFTER IT FELL OFF CLIFF AT SKENNARS HEAD

An afternoon walk has turned dangerous for this little puppy – who fell off a ledge at Skennars Head.

The dog, named Summer, became stuck 10 metres down a cliff on Coast Road yesterday afternoon.

Ballina SES and Police Rescue vertically abseiled to bring little Summer to safety.

Thankfully the puppy is uninjured and is back in the arms of its owner.
