THREE COVID DEATHS IN NORTHERN NEW SOUTH WALES OVERNIGHT

The Northern New South Wales local health district recorded three more covid deaths in the past 24 hours.

One person aged in their 70s from Lismore, a person in their 50s from Ballina, and a Richmond Valley resident aged in their 90s.

606 new cases were also recorded overnight, with approximately one third of those in the Tweed.

Currently, five people are being treated in ICU with the virus.
