An appeal to stop the Narrabri Gas Project has been quashed by the New South Wales Land and Environment Court.
A group of farmers known as the Mullaley Gas and Pipeline Accord launched an appeal after the $3.6-billion project was initially approved last year.
The accord has labelled the outcome “very disappointing”.
Santos says it will review its rights to seek costs.
