FORMER KINCUMBER HIGH CAPTAIN REPRESENTING PNG

Central Coast junior Chad Soper is representing Papua New Guinea at the T20 World Cup.

Kincumber High School celebrated its former Captain with a post on social media at the weekend.

Soper has made 13 appearances for his country in the short form of the game, with his best figures – 3 for 13.

He’s also taken six for 41 at one day level.

The Barramundis went down to the host nation Oman yesterday, and will now face Scotland tomorrow, followed by one of the favourites – Bangladesh on Thursday.
