CYCLIST FALLS OFF BRIDGE AT MANGROVE MOUNTAIN

A cyclist has suffered serious injuries after he fell off a bridge at Mangrove Mountain.

The 58-year-old was cycling with friends when his wheel got caught in the timber and he plunged four metres.
