A man has died, after being hit by his own boat at Swan Bay.
Police say the 45-year-old Edgeworth man was navigating the southern entrance around 9.45am yesterday, when he fell from the vessel and was struck.
He sustained serious injuries and was pulled from the water by witnesses, but later died.
An investigation is underway and officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
