OPEN HOMES AND AUCTIONS TO START UP AGAIN ACROSS NSW

The New South Wales government has amended the health order to allow both open homes and auctions to begin again from October 11 – across the whole state.

Open homes can be conducted, following a four-square-metre rule inside a property.

Auctions can be conducted, following a two-square-metre outside a property.

Under the previous roadmap, real estate agents had to wait until we hit the 80 percent double dose vaccination target.

They’ll be brought to a halt again in individual LGAs, should another a stay-at-home order be introduced.
