Lismore Council is the most complained about council in New South Wales, according to new data.
52 complaints were made about the conduct of councillors between 2019 and 2020.
Armidale came in second, with 24 complaints.
New South Wales Labor has urged the government to launch a review into the code of conduct for councillors.
