CENTRAL COAST URGED TO BRACE FOR SEVERE WEATHER

The Central Coast is being urged to brace for severe weather.

The Bureau of Meteorology is expecting today’s high winds and damaging surf of up to five-metre swells will continue until at least tomorrow night.

It could lead to possible coastal erosion and flooding.

The SES wants us to avoid local beaches until the weather event passes – and tie down loose items at home.
