$52,000 in government funding will see this year’s Curryfest dish up a bigger program, including a celebrity chef appearance, cooking demonstrations and hip-hop performances.
More than 15,000 people are expected to attend the September 25 event – to enjoy music, dancing and curries from all over the world.
Each year Woolgoolga is transformed into a carnival of colours, sights, tastes and sounds, bringing much needed tourism dollars to the area.
