Teachers from Peel High School staged a walkout today due to protest what they say is a crisis in the state’s schools.
The Teacher’s Federation said staff couldn’t cover 22 classes in the last week, leaving students with canceled or combined lessons.
Frustrated Armidale Secondary College Teachers also walked out due to what is being called a failed amalgamation of the two former high schools.
