A 31-year-old man has had his licence suspended, after allegedly doing a burnout outside a childcare centre in Weston.
CCTV footage captured the incident, and several young children can be seen running back into the building, frightened.
Officers were able to identify the driver as a Fordwich man and in addition to suspending his licence, they’ve charged him with committing an aggravated burnout and confiscated his number plates for three months.
He’ll face Kurri Kurri Local Court on July 27.
