Frontline staff at multi-purpose health services in Kyogle, Nimbin, Urbenville and Bonalbo have been given a pat on the back from their patients.
Survey results released today show 99 per cent of respondents rated the care they received as ‘very good’ or ‘good’ at the sites in the 12 months to June last year.
Cleanliness, communication and kindness was also rated high.
