GAV’S WEATHER | COLD DAYS AHEAD

Today all the frontal activity and unsettled weather moved into the Tasman.

There is a broken cloud band over NE NSW this will impede some areas from witnessing the lunar eclipse tonight.

The Greater Hunter has clear skies.

The fronts will continue move across the SE corner of the country.

This will help pump cold air north so the very mild days are coming to an end.

The strengthening high will dominate the country centering itself over the Bight.

A new southerly influence will move in across the region and temperatures will begin to fall making for a cold, windy weekend with coastal showers and large swell to come.
