GAV’S WEATHER | OFFSHORE LOW IS FORMING

It’s a still a beautiful meteorological image on the satellite tonight.

The upper level cold pool can be seen now spiraling over northern NSW developing into a surface level low just off the coast.

The surface low will move out to sea tomorrow so expect some unsettled weather to continue tonight as it passes over.

The intense weather will pound the southern NSW coast.

Some of which will reach the Central Coast and Newcastle Region.

Rain, heavy at times for the Central Coast, showers and rain periods for the Newcastle/Hunter region and isolated showers further north along the MNC.

Fine weather returns to the NW.

Isolated showers for NORthern Rivers and SE QLD.
