MAN STABBED, THREE PEOPLE ARRESTED

Three people have been arrested, after a man was stabbed on the Central Coast this morning.

Police say at around 8.30am, a 43-year-old man was sitting in a car on McMasters Road at Blackwall when a silver Holden Commodore pulled up beside him.

They allege a 38-year-old man got out of the Holden, approached him and an argument broke out.

The 43-year-old was stabbed in the abdomen and was later airlifted to Sydney’s Royal North Shore Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

The younger man allegedly took off.

A short time later, police spotted and stopped the same Holden at Umina, which was being driven by a 42-year-old woman.

She was arrested, along with two others at a South Street home.

They’ve all been taken to Gosford police station, but charges are yet to be laid.

Police are processing three crime scenes – at Blackwall, Umina and Umina Beach.
