TEEN CHARGED FOR A BREAK AND ENTER IN NARRABRI

A 16-year-old boy has been charged over an aggravated break and enter in Narrabri.

Police say the teen threatened three people inside a Droubalgie Street home with a knife, early on Saturday morning.

He then allegedly took off with a man’s phone and wallet.

Detectives investigated – later seizing a kitchen knife and clothing from a Ugoa Street unit.

The 16-year-old was taken to Narrabri Police Station and charged with aggravated break and enter, stealing, and intimidation.

He’s been granted conditional bail to return to children’s court later this month.
