Coles staff at Salamander Bay have been busy, raising hundreds of dollars for Newcastle Children’s Hospital, selling ‘Mum’s Sauce’.
The pasta sauce was created to support sick kids while they’re in hospital, help the hospital purchase equipment to improve wards and rooms, and create programs to entertain them.
From every jar sold – 50 cents will be donated.
But the Salamander Bay store is going above and beyond today, putting on a raffle with prizes, balloons, gold coin donations, and dress ups.
So far, more than $500 has been raised at Salamander Bay.
