COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS EASED FROM NEXT WEEK

The state government has announced several changes to COVID-19 restrictions, starting next Monday, March 29.

There will be no restrictions on dancing, including at pubs or nightclubs, and no restrictions on singing across New South Wales.

From Monday, there will no longer be a cap on the number of people allowed to enter a residential home, and no cap on attendance for weddings and funerals.

However, if you have a home gathering with more than 100 people, they must be electronically registered, and all venues will move to the 2 square metre rule.

Entertainment venues including stadiums and theatres will also be able to move back to 100% seated capacity.

Masks will no longer be mandatory anywhere in the state
