EMU DEATH ON BROOMS HEAD ROAD

Clarence Valley Council is pleading with drivers to slow down, after an emu was struck by a car and killed on Brooms Head Road last week.

Additional road signage is being rolled out to warn drivers of their presence – and vegetation is being slashed along the roadside to increase visibility.

We’re being asked to contact WIRES if native animals are injured.
