A man has died in a car crash in Putty this afternoon.
Two cars were involved in the head on crash on Putty Road, near Singleton.
Emergency services arrived at the scene shortly after 1.45 but the sole occupant of one of the vehicles couldn’t be revived.
Three occupants in the other vehicle have been taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A crime scene has been established to investigate the circumstances around the crash.
The man has not yet been formally identified.
