COFFS HARBOUR RAID SEES MAN LINKED TO REBELS BIKIE GANG PUT BEHIND BARS

A man police say is linked to the Rebels bikie gang has been slapped with firearms offences, after the National Anti-Gangs Squad raided a Coffs Harbour home this morning.

Officers from the National Anti-Gangs Squad allegedly uncovered 13 guns, including a point-22 calibre rifle and 10 replica pistols, and more than $26,000 in cash.

The 62-year-old man was taken to Coffs Harbour Police Station, where he was charged with 25 firearm related offences.

He was formally refused bail in Coffs Harbour Local Court today.

He’s due to reappear on April 13.
