A man has been airlifted to hospital after he was gored in the leg by a wild pig.
It’s understood the 23-year-old was hunting on a property at Watsons Creek, when the animal attacked him, causing a deep laceration to his calf.
He was treated by paramedics at the scene before being flown to Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital in a stable condition.
